PHASE 5: ITERATE

The ITERATE phase is the perpetual monitoring and adjusting of your capabilities as the landscape of your industry moves.

– Have built-in feedback loops
– Use an Agile/DevOps approach to improvement
– Compose your organization with a nimble and flexible posture.
RINSE AND REPEAT

๐๐ผ๐๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐๐ป ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐บ๐ผ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐บ – You have an organization that now understands modular process improvement at scale. Don’t waste that.
